Caitrin Keiper

Caitrin Keiper is editor of Philanthropy magazine. She joined The Philanthropy Roundtable in 2013.

Previously, Caitrin was managing editor of The New Atlantis, a quarterly journal on the social, political, and ethical implications of advances in science and technology, where she remains a senior editor. Her work there included a focus on bioethics, genetics, and medicine; readings of science and technology in literature; and a major research and philosophical essay on elephants. In 2012, she was awarded a Novak Journalism Fellowship. She has studied and worked in India and Haiti.

Caitrin holds a B.A. with honors in the humanities from the University of Chicago.
