Laura Brownlee joined The Philanthropy Roundtable as executive assistant to the president in January 2018.
Prior to joining the Roundtable, Laura worked at Christ the King Anglican Church in Alexandria as a parish administrator. Laura also interned at Jill’s House as part of the Capital Fellows, a nine-month Christian discipleship and professional development program. At Jill’s House and in her undergraduate internship at the Shepherd’s Center, Laura served and advocated for those with disabilities.
Laura is originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in social work.
