Jillian Johnson joined the Philanthropy Roundtable as the director of talent management in August 2021. Previously, she served as a Human Resources leader for Stand Together in Arlington, Virginia, where she supported the marketing and communications capability as well as the Development team. During her time there, she worked closely with the leaders and supervisors to identify and recruit top talent, invest in current talent and develop robust talent plans that positioned the team to achieve their goals and objectives.
Prior to her time at Stand Together, Jillian served as a Human Resources business partner for Koch Industries, Inc. where she was HR point of contact for Legal, Government & Public Affairs, and one of Koch's data and analytic companies i360. She worked on the employee relations side and growing the talent pipeline while there.
Jillian is originally from Wichita, Kansas, and is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where she studied organizational communications and business.
