Brandon Millett is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for The Philanthropy Roundtable.
Prior to joining the Roundtable, Brandon served as Chief Communications Officer for The GI Film Festival, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering a positive image for American servicemembers through film, television and live special events; an organization he co-founded with his wife, Laura, a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Before launching the GI Film Festival, and for nearly a decade, Brandon served as Senior Writer and Director of Communications for Judicial Watch, a conservative government watchdog organization. Other nonprofit positions include: Director of Public Relations for Americans for Medical Progress and Director of Publications and Assistant to the President for The Leadership Institute.
In addition to his work in the nonprofit sector, Brandon produced the documentary film, The Care They’ve Earned, which makes the case for a private healthcare option for veterans who receive inadequate care from the VA system. He has also produced the National Cinematic Salute to the Troops, featured in 400 AMC, Cinemark, and Regal cinemas nationwide, and the Best of the GI Film Festival on the Discovery Network’s American Heroes Channel.
As a spokesperson, Brandon has appeared on numerous radio and television programs, including the Fox News Channel’s Fox & Friends, the Fox Business Channel’s Varney and Co, Westwood One’s Dennis Miller Show, and NPR’s To the Point, to name a few.
Brandon holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in psychology, and a certification in executive coaching.
