For the last 15 years, The Philanthropy Roundtable has been honored to administer the William E. Simon Prize for Philanthropic Leadership. In 2021, we are excited to be joined by the DeVos family in the establishment of the Simon-DeVos Prize for Philanthropic Leadership.

Each year, a living philanthropist who has shown exemplary leadership through his or her own charitable giving is honored with the Prize and a $200,000 award (payable to any named charity). The Prize is presented at the Roundtable's annual meeting, before a large audience of donors.

The purpose of the Simon-DeVos Prize for Philanthropic Leadership is to highlight the power of philanthropy to promote positive change and to inspire others to support charities that achieve results.

The Simon-DeVos Prize seeks to advance the principles of personal responsibility, resourcefulness, volunteerism, scholarship, individual freedom, faith in God, and helping people to help themselves.

The Simon-DeVos Prize is generously funded by the William E. Simon Foundation and the DeVos Family Foundation.
