Evan Baehr

Evan Baehr is founder and CEO of Teneo, a national leadership organization. Most recently he co-founded Able, a financial technology company backed by Mike Maples and Peter Thiel, which sold in 2017. Previously he co-founded Outbox, a startup designed to disrupt the United States Postal Service. He has worked for Clarium Capital, a global macro hedge fund, the U.S. House of Representatives as a legislative aide, and the White House Office of Faith Based Initiatives. Mr. Baehr is author of Get Backed. He founded the first chapter of the Adam Smith Society and has served as a member or advisor to organizations including the Lincoln Network, Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity, and Becket Fund for Religious Liberty. Mr. Baehr earned a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, a master’s degree from Yale University, and a master’s degree from Harvard Business School.
