Matthew Boulay is founder and CEO of the National Summer Learning Association and a program officer with the Kisco Foundation. Previously, he was an elementary school teacher in New York City. A former Marine and Iraq war veteran, Mr. Boulay was a leader for the push for a new G.I. bill and continues to advocate on behalf of veterans. He was named one of the “25 Most Influential People in Afterschool” by the National AfterSchool Association. Mr. Boulay earned a doctorate from Columbia University’s Teachers College.
