Paul Campbell is president and CEO of Enviro Systems in Seminole, Oklahoma. Prior to joining Enviro, Mr. Campbell held senior executive positions at Capstone and Rolls-Royce, including vice president of customer business for Rolls-Royce’s helicopter business unit. In an effort to transform rural education, Mr. Campbell started the nonprofit Advance Rural Education (ARE) in March 2016. Together, Mr. Campbell and ARE founded the first-approved rural charter school in Oklahoma. The Academy of Seminole opened in August 2018 as an early-college high school on the Seminole State College campus. The academy has been approved to grow to PK-12 and up to 700 students by 2021. Mr. Campbell received the 2018 Champion of Free Enterprises Chairman’s Award from the State Chamber of Oklahoma and was the 2018 School Choice Champion. He is a trustee for the Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum, a board member for the State Chamber of Oklahoma, and a member of the Young President’s Organization. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
