Sarah Fine

Sarah Fine is director of High Tech High Graduate School of Education's Teaching Apprenticeship Program and serves as a lecturer in education studies at the University of California San Diego. Her work has appeared in a wide range of publications, including The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Chalkbeat, Education Week, Edutopia, and Educational Leadership, as well as scholarly journals such as The Journal of Educational Change and The Harvard Educational Review. Ms. Fine is an educator, ethnographer, and the co-author of In Search of Deeper Learning: The Quest to Remake the American High School. Ms. Fine earned a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University, a master’s degree from Bread Loaf School of English, and a master’s degree and doctorate from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
