Tom Riley is president of the Connelly Foundation. Prior to becoming president, Mr. Riley served as vice president for strategic planning at the Connelly Foundation. The Connelly Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life in the Philadelphia area, with a focus on education and Catholic institutions. Previously, he was associate director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Riley was vice president of communications at The Philanthropy Roundtable. Mr. Riley earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degrees from Georgetown University and a law degree from Villanova Law School.
