What if...? Liberal, Libertarian and Conservative Takes on the US Constitution

Three teams took a fresh look at our Constitution; these represented liberal, libertarian and conservative intellectuals with deep legal expertise.

Over the past year, there's been plenty of reflection, debate and rancor in our country about its future direction. A generous donor and a non-partisan, national organization came together to see what it look like to take that discussion about our country, our most basic, defining legal framework and capture that in writing. To bring out where we stand together and where we need to have a debate, they commissioned three teams to take a fresh look at our Constitution; these represented liberal, libertarian and conservative intellectuals with deep legal expertise. So how did the experiment turn out, and where does it need to go next?
