Alaina Hays

Events Assistant

Alaina Hays is an events assistant and has been with the Roundtable since June 2022. Before coming to the organization, Alaina worked as an operations and internship coordinator with Blueprints Wedding Coordination where she oversaw a team of interns and managed all social media marketing and vendor communications.

In Alaina’s current role, she utilizes her attention to detail to meticulously assist with event organization, research and planning. She works alongside the Events team to create meaningful and impactful experiences for all donors, speakers and guests.

Growing up in Maryland, Alaina often visited D.C. and her passion for the city and impacting those within it sprang forth. After graduating from High Point University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in event management, Alaina is thrilled to be back in D.C. working for the Roundtable.
