Erica Haines is the program director for the Pathways to Opportunity program at Philanthropy Roundtable. Erica has helped organizations execute effective programming for over a decade. She has worked with community-based organizations, multi-national corporations and government entities to support their capacity building efforts for more than a decade. She specializes in workforce development, program management and evaluation and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining the Roundtable, Erica was a program manager at the Stand Together Foundation, where she led the execution of the organization’s flagship strategic partnership program focused on elevating community-based approaches to social change. Erica also served as a consultant for a Singaporean workforce development firm where she managed capacity building programming for several multi-national corporations.
Originally from Virginia, Erica graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in international relations.
