Jillian Johnson Wilson is the senior director of human resources and operations at Philanthropy Roundtable. Jillian has been with the organization since August 2021. Prior to joining the Roundtable, she served as a human resources leader for Stand Together in Arlington, Virginia, where she supported the marketing and communications and development capabilities, as well as the organization Youth Entrepreneurs. Before joining Stand Together, she worked for Koch Industries, Inc. and served as a human resources business partner for several departments and entities, such as legal, government and public affairs and technology capabilities.
In Jillian’s current role, she collaborates with leaders and supervisors to identify and recruit top talent, invest in current talent and develop robust talent plans that position the team to advance the Roundtable’s goals and objectives.
Jillian graduated from the University of Kansas with a degree in organizational communications and a minor in business.
