The Director of Finance will be responsible for the Roundtable’s long-term financial health and growth. This individual will manage all financial operations at the Philanthropy Roundtable, working with outside contractors as needed. He/she will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and our Board of Directors to provide high level financial guidance, reports and forecasting to ensure they have the right data to make informed decisions for the Roundtable.
The Salesforce Administrator will play a vital role in curating and improving the data used across all departments of the organization. This person will coordinate with the development, events, marketing, programs, and policy teams to make sure that their data needs are being met through the development of Salesforce features and functionalities. The ideal candidate will effectively leverage Salesforce to help the Roundtable achieve its goals and outcomes as outlined in the strategic plan.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will be a vital member of the Operations department and the extended Roundtable team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily business activities and administrative tasks, as well as managing the front and back-office duties that are crucial to the Roundtable experience.

The Email Marketing Coordinator will assist the Roundtable’s marketing team with digital communications and promotional efforts via our web and email platforms. The marketing team plays a critical role in executing the organization’s five-year strategic plan. We are seeking an enthusiastic problem-solver and innovator who loves to dive into technical projects, manage processes, think outside the box, nerd out on emerging digital trends, and get their hands dirty in a fast-paced environment.
