Elizabeth McGuigan is the director of policy at The Philanthropy Roundtable. Prior to joining the Roundtable in January 2021, Elizabeth spent over 8 years as the director of legislative and policy research for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF). There, she oversaw all state and federal policy research, helping to protect the Second Amendment and the firearm and ammunition industry. Before joining the NSSF, Elizabeth covered a wide range of policy analysis for Bloomberg Government, Strategas Research Partners and Americans for Tax Reform. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in economics and graduated from the George Washington University with a Masters of Public Policy.
