On July 1, Philanthropy Roundtable released a press statement applauding the Senate’s removal of the proposed tax hike on private foundations, which would target 2,900 private foundations supporting our communities across the country. The White House touted McGuigan’s quote below, encouraging the House to pass the bill without any changes.
