Jen McDougal

Director of People and Culture

Jen McDougal is the director of people and culture at Philanthropy Roundtable. She is the primary steward of the organization’s human resources needs. In her role, she is responsible for recruiting and retaining top talent in the organization while fostering a vibrant and engaging workplace. Jen is dedicated to promoting the Roundtable’s values by creating clear pathways to training and advancement for all staff.

Prior to joining the Roundtable, Jen was employed by the Searle Freedom Trust, where she supported the principles of liberty and donor intent. While at Searle, she managed the operations, administration and human resources functions of the foundation.

Jen earned both her Master of Science degree in industrial and labor relations and her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from West Virginia University.
