Rich Rodriguez is the senior director of information technology and facilities at Philanthropy Roundtable, where he leads the organization’s technological strategy and enterprise-level project implementations. With over 15 years of experience in the IT space, he specializes in driving large-scale infrastructure modernizations and overseeing complex systems integrations that advance organizational capabilities.
Prior to joining the Roundtable, Rich served as the technical lead for The Interpublic Group in Washington, D.C., directing strategic infrastructure improvements and formulating overarching IT policies for partner public relations firms. His extensive background in technology and project administration also includes senior roles at Stand Together, the Charles Koch Institute, and Amentum.
Rich grew up in New England, and moved to the DC area in 2006. Rich began his career by enlisting in the United States Navy after his first year of college. He continues his service today as a Master-at-Arms in the U.S. Navy Reserve and serves on the board of directors for American Legion Post 139.
