Shelby Fleshood is the events coordinator at Philanthropy Roundtable. Originally from Orlando, Florida, Shelby is an experienced member of the liberty movement. He previously served as the director of open records for Nevada Policy Research Institute where he worked to take the mystery out of public policy, conducting thousands of vital public records requests for community use. He also served on the board of the Nevada Open Records Coalition, the state’s leading organization in the fight for government accountability.
Shelby has volunteered on multiple political campaigns and is a dedicated member of the Forge Leadership Network. He was an accomplished debater throughout his college career and worked as a speech and debate coach to help introduce new speakers to the world of competitive persuasion. He is a Florida State University Seminole, holding a degree from FSU in history and economics.
